New Body Line has a state-of-the-art knitting workshop, equipped with a fleet of 40 SANTONI machines. Equipped with a 28 gauge, these machines cover knitting diameters from 13 "(S) to 16" (XXL). This highly automated workshop knits continuously 24h / 24 and 7/7.
Our circular knitting machines are mainly used for the manufacture of SEAMLESS garments intended for the following fields of application:
Current annual production exceeds 2,500,000 pieces. A very wide variety of yarn quality and material mixtures can be used: Polyamide / Polyester / Elastane / Wool / Polypropylene / Cotton / Viscose / Modal / Silk etc ... The expertise of NEW BODY LINE covers all types of mesh, structures or points.
For non-stop production assurance, New Body Line has highly qualified technicians in electronic, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
